How long does it take to apply paint protection film?
It usually takes around two hours to apply PPF to a small car, and four hours to apply PPF to a large car. However, this time may vary depending on the size of the car and the installer’s experience. Additionally, some installers may charge extra for more complicated installations, such as those that involve curves or intricate patterns.
Are there any special care instructions for paint protection film?
Applying paint protection film to your car is a great way to keep it looking new. However, there are a few things you need to do to keep the film in good condition. First, avoid washing your car with harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can break down the film and cause it to lose its shine. Additionally, be sure to wax the film regularly to keep it looking glossy and protected from the elements. To avoid damaging the surface, don’t scrub or rub the film when you’re cleaning it. If you take care of the film, it will last for a long time.
What happens if the film gets scratched?
The ppf can get scratched if it’s not installed correctly. If the ppf is installed too close to the edge of the paint, it can get chipped or scratched when the car is driven. This might happen even if the ppf is installed correctly, so you’ll want to be careful. It’s also important to make sure that there is enough space between the edge of the paint and the ppf- at least a quarter inch. This will help protect the paint from being damaged and make it easier to remove the ppf when it needs to be replaced
Can paint protection film be removed?
