Installation time depends on the package, the panel shape, and what we find when we inspect your paint. A full front has more edges, headlights, and panel joins than a bumper-only job. A Durango also has more painted area than a Charger or Hornet, so we set the booking around the actual coverage rather than give every Dodge the same clock. If you pair film with a coating, our machine polishing stays in house and removes swirl marks, spider-webbing, and oxidation before the coating goes on. Are there any special care instructions for paint protection film?

How much does Dodge PPF cost in Vancouver?

$1,299 is the starting price for a Dodge Light Package. It covers the half hood, half fenders, mirrors and front bumper. Gold starts at $1,799 for full hood and fenders, bumper, mirrors and headlights. Full-vehicle Platinum coverage starts at $4,699. Larger Dodge vehicles and added rocker coverage raise the final price.

Is dealer Dodge paint protection film worth it?

Usually, no, unless the dealer names the film, coverage and installer. Dealer packages often cover only selected front areas and may be rolled into financing. Gleamworks installs XPEL, STEK DYNOshield or SunTek, with defined package coverage and in-house fitting. The price gap should buy more covered panels, known film, proper prep and a warranty you can identify.

What are the downsides of Dodge PPF?

The main downside is cost, and film can still be cut, torn or badly scarred by a hard hit. It does not stop every chip or crash damage. A poor install can leave dirt, lifted edges or visible seams, which looks worse than no film. Full coverage also takes more time and money than protecting the high-impact front areas.

How long does Dodge paint protection film last?
