WHAT IS CERAMIC COATING?
Our published five-year coating costs $1,200–$2,500 installed. Repainting one bumper, hood, or fender at a body shop here is typically in the range of $600–$1,500. A Jeep ceramic coating does not stop stone strikes, but it adds a thin sacrificial layer that resists light wash marring. Coastal rain often sits on your paint, then leaves mineral spots as it dries. On a Wrangler or Gladiator, trail dust and gravel make that wash work more frequent. We machine-polish swirl marks, spider-webbing, and oxidation in-house before we coat; a cheaper wash-and-coat job may leave them under the new layer. The decision turns on damage: surface marks and dirt, or hard impacts on exposed panels. That distinction keeps the spend tied to the damage your Jeep actually sees after a wet week on the coast.
